Februar 2021\nDer Bundestag hat das folgende Gesetz beschlossen:\nArtikel 1\nDen Beitritten der Bundesrepublik Deutschland zu dem in Peking am 12. Ok-\ntober 2016 gezeichneten Übereinkommen vom 10. September 2010 über die Be-\nkämpfung widerrechtlicher Handlungen mit Bezug auf die internationale Zivilluft-\nfahrt sowie zu dem in Peking am 12. Oktober 2016 gezeichneten Zusatzprotokoll\nvom 10. September 2010 zum Übereinkommen vom 16. Dezember 1970 zur Be-\nkämpfung der widerrechtlichen Inbesitznahme von Luftfahrzeugen (BGBl. 1972 II\nS. 1505, 1506) wird zugestimmt. Das Übereinkommen und das Zusatzprotokoll\nwerden nachstehend mit je einer amtlichen deutschen Übersetzung veröffent-\nlicht.\nArtikel 2\n(1) Dieses Gesetz tritt am Tag nach der Verkündung in Kraft.\n(2) Die Tage, an denen das Übereinkommen nach seinem Artikel 22 Absatz 2\nund das Zusatzprotokoll nach seinem Artikel XXIII Absatz 2 für die Bundesrepu-\nblik Deutschland in Kraft treten, sind jeweils im Bundesgesetzblatt bekannt zu\ngeben.\nDie verfassungsmäßigen Rechte des Bundesrates sind gewahrt.\nDas vorstehende Gesetz wird hiermit ausgefertigt.
