Das Über-\neinkommen wird nachstehend mit einer amtlichen deutschen Übersetzung\nveröffentlicht.\nArtikel 2\n(1) Dieses Gesetz tritt am Tag nach der Verkündung in Kraft.\n(2) Der Tag, an dem das Übereinkommen nach seinem Artikel 45 Absatz 4 für\ndie Bundesrepublik Deutschland in Kraft tritt, ist im Bundesgesetzblatt bekannt\nzu geben.\nDie verfassungsmäßigen Rechte des Bundesrates sind gewahrt.\nDas vorstehende Gesetz wird hiermit ausgefertigt.
