Dezember\n2009 angenommenen Neufassungen\n1. der Einheitlichen Rechtsvorschriften für die Verbindlicherklärung technischer\nNormen und für die Annahme einheitlicher technischer Vorschriften für Eisen-\nbahnmaterial, das zur Verwendung im internationalen Verkehr bestimmt ist\n(APTU – Anhang F zum Übereinkommen), die durch das Protokoll vom 3. Juni\n1999 betreffend die Änderung des Übereinkommens über den internationalen\nEisenbahnverkehr (COTIF) vom 9. Mai 1980 (Protokoll 1999) (BGBl. 2002 II\nS. 2140, 2142, 2149, 2276) eingefügt worden sind, und\n2. der Einheitlichen Rechtsvorschriften für die technische Zulassung von\nEisenbahnmaterial, das im internationalen Verkehr verwendet wird\n(ATMF – Anhang G zum Übereinkommen), die durch das Protokoll vom 3. Juni\n1999 betreffend die Änderung des Übereinkommens über den internationalen\nEisenbahnverkehr (COTIF) vom 9. Mai 1980 (Protokoll 1999) (BGBl. 2002 II\nS. 2140, 2142, 2149, 2284) eingefügt und durch das Korrigendum vom 9. No-\nvember 2010 berichtigt worden sind,\nwird zugestimmt. Die Neufassungen werden nachstehend veröffentlicht.\nArtikel 2\n(1) Dieses Gesetz tritt am Tag nach der Verkündung in Kraft.\n(2) Der Tag, an dem die Neufassungen der Anhänge F und G zum Überein-\nkommen nach seinem Artikel 35 § 3 für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland in Kraft\ntreten, ist im Bundesgesetzblatt bekannt zu geben.\nDas vorstehende Gesetz wird hiermit ausgefertigt.
