I S. 4310) verordnet das\nBundesministerium für Verkehr und digitale Infrastruktur:\nArtikel 1\nFolgende in London vom Schiffssicherheitsausschuss (MSC) der Internatio-\nnalen Seeschifffahrts-Organisation angenommene Entschließungen werden hier-\nmit in Kraft gesetzt:\na) MSC.329(90) vom 24. Mai 2012 und\nb) MSC.345(91) vom 30. November 2012\nüber Änderungen des Protokolls von 1988 (BGBl. 1994 II S. 2457) zu dem Inter-\nnationalen Freibord-Übereinkommen von 1966 (BGBl. 1969 II S. 249, 250;\n1977 II S. 164), zuletzt geändert durch die Entschließung MSC.270(85) vom\n4. Dezember 2008 (BGBl. 2010 II S. 1059, 1060).\nDie Entschließungen werden nachstehend mit einer amtlichen deutschen Über-\nsetzung veröffentlicht.\nArtikel 2\nDas Bundesministerium für Verkehr und digitale Infrastruktur kann den Wort-\nlaut des Internationalen Freibord-Übereinkommens von 1966 und des Protokolls\nvon 1988 zu diesem Übereinkommen in der vom Inkrafttreten dieser Verordnung\nan geltenden Fassung im Bundesgesetzblatt bekannt machen.\nArtikel 3\n(1) Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag nach der Verkündung in Kraft.\n(2) Die Entschließung MSC.329(90) ist für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland am\n1.
