Juni 2008 (BGBl. 2008 II S. 520) geändert worden\nist,\nverordnet das Bundesministerium für Verkehr, Bau und Stadtentwicklung:\nArtikel 1\nDie vom Ausschuss für den Schutz der Meeresumwelt der Internationalen See-\nschifffahrts-Organisation in London am 2. März 2012 mit den Entschließungen\nMEPC.216(63) und MEPC.217(63) angenommenen Änderungen der Anlagen I,\nII, IV, V und VI des Internationalen Übereinkommens von 1973 zur Verhütung der\nMeeresverschmutzung durch Schiffe und des Protokolls von 1978 zu diesem\nÜbereinkommen (BGBl. 1982 II S. 2, 4, 24; 1996 II S. 399, Anlageband; 2003 II\nS. 130, 132, 136), zuletzt geändert durch die Entschließungen MEPC.200(62) und\nMEPC.201(62) vom 15. Juli 2011 (BGBl. 2012 II S. 1194, 1195, 1206), werden\nhiermit in Kraft gesetzt. Die Entschließungen werden nachstehend mit einer amt-\nlichen deutschen Übersetzung veröffentlicht.\nArtikel 2\nKapitel 1 der amtlichen deutschen Übersetzung der Anlage der Entschließung\nMEPC.115(51) (BGBl. 2006 II S. 386, 387, 404) wird wie folgt berichtigt:\n1. In Regel 1 Nummer 1.1 wird das Wort „wurde“ durch das Wort „wird“ ersetzt.\n2. Regel 9 Absatz 1.1 wird wie folgt geändert:\na) Das Wort „den“ wird durch das Wort „die“ ersetzt.\nb) Das Wort „entspricht“ wird durch das Wort „berücksichtigt“ ersetzt.\n3.
