Oktober 2010 mit der Entschließung\nMEPC.193(61) angenommenen Änderungen der überarbeiteten Anlage III des\nInternationalen Übereinkommens von 1973 zur Verhütung der Meeresverschmut-\nzung durch Schiffe und des Protokolls von 1978 zu diesem Übereinkommen\n(BGBl. 1982 II S. 2, 4, 24; 1996 II S. 399, Anlageband; 2009 II S. 995, 996), zu-\nletzt geändert durch die Entschließungen MEPC.216(63) und MEPC.217(63) vom\n2. März 2012 (BGBl. 2013 II S. 356, 357, 362), werden hiermit in Kraft gesetzt.
