I S. 1389) geändert worden ist, verordnet das Bundesministerium für Ver-\nkehr, Bau und Stadtentwicklung:\nArtikel 1\nFolgende in London vom Schiffssicherheitsausschuss (MSC) der Internationa-\nlen Seeschifffahrts-Organisation angenommene Entschließungen werden hier-\nmit in Kraft gesetzt:\n1. a) MSC.290(87) vom 21. Mai 2010,\nb) MSC.291(87) vom 21. Mai 2010,\nc) MSC.308(88) vom 3. Dezember 2010,\nd) MSC.317(89) vom 20. Mai 2011,\njeweils zur Änderung des Internationalen Übereinkommens von 1974 zum\nSchutz des menschlichen Lebens auf See (BGBl. 1979 II S. 141, 142), das\nzuletzt durch die Entschließungen MSC.269(85) vom 4. Dezember 2008 und\nMSC.282(86) vom 5. Juni 2009 (BGBl. 2011 II S. 506, 507, 518) geändert\nworden ist,\n2. MSC.309(88) vom 3. Dezember 2010\nzur Änderung des Protokolls von 1988 zu dem Internationalen Übereinkom-\nmen von 1974 zum Schutz des menschlichen Lebens auf See (BGBl. 1994 II\nS. 2458, Anlageband), das zuletzt durch die Entschließung MSC.283(86) vom\n5.
