April 1985 zu dem Protokoll von\n1973 über Maßnahmen auf Hoher See bei Fällen von Verschmutzung durch an-\ndere Stoffe als Öl (BGBl. 1985 II S. 593), der zuletzt durch Artikel 62 der Verord-\nnung vom 31. Oktober 2006 (BGBI. I S. 2407) geändert worden ist, verordnet\ndas Bundesministerium für Verkehr, Bau und Stadtentwicklung:\nArtikel 1\nDie in London am 13. Juli 2007 vom Ausschuss für den Schutz der Meeres-\numwelt der Internationalen Seeschifffahrts-Organisation mit Entschließung\nMEPC.165(56) angenommenen Änderungen der Anlage des Protokolls von 1973\nüber Maßnahmen auf Hoher See bei Fällen von Verschmutzung durch andere\nStoffe als Öl (BGBl. 1985 II S. 593, 596), zuletzt geändert durch Entschließung\nMEPC.100(48) vom 11. Oktober 2002 (BGBl. 2004 II S. 754, 755, 1200), wird\nhiermit in Kraft gesetzt. Die Entschließung wird nachstehend mit einer amtlichen\ndeutschen Übersetzung veröffentlicht.\nArtikel 2\nDiese Verordnung tritt mit Wirkung vom 23. November 2009 in Kraft.\nBerlin, den 3.
