I S. 706) und § 9 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nummer 7 durch Arti-\nkel 1 Nummer 6 Buchstabe b des Gesetzes vom 25. Juni 2004 (BGBl. I S. 1389)\ngeändert worden ist, verordnet das Bundesministerium für Verkehr, Bau und\nStadtentwicklung:\nArtikel 1\nFolgende in London vom Schiffssicherheitsausschuss (MSC) der Internatio-\nnalen Seeschifffahrts-Organisation angenommene Entschließungen werden\nhiermit in Kraft gesetzt:\n1. MSC.239(83) vom 12. Oktober 2007 zur Änderung des Internationalen Über-\neinkommens von 1974 zum Schutz des menschlichen Lebens auf See (BGBl.\n1979 II S. 141, 142), das zuletzt durch Entschließung MSC.216(82) vom\n8. Dezember 2006 (BGBl. 2009 II S. 1226 – Anlageband) geändert worden\nist,\n2. a) MSC.204(81) vom 18. Mai 2006 und\nb) MSC.240(83) vom 12. Oktober 2007,\njeweils zur Änderung des Protokolls von 1988 zu dem Internationalen Über-\neinkommen von 1974 zum Schutz des menschlichen Lebens auf See (BGBl.\n1994 II S. 2458 – Anlageband), das zuletzt durch Entschließung MSC.227(82)\nvom 8. Dezember 2006 (BGBl. 2009 II S. 1226 – Anlageband) geändert wor-\nden ist.\nDie Entschließungen werden nachstehend mit einer amtlichen deutschen Über-\nsetzung veröffentlicht.\nArtikel 2\nDas Bundesministerium für Verkehr, Bau und Stadtentwicklung kann den\nWortlaut der amtlichen deutschen Übersetzung des Internationalen Überein-\nkommens von 1974 zum Schutz des menschlichen Lebens auf See und des\nProtokolls von 1988 zu diesem Übereinkommen in der vom Inkrafttreten dieser\nVerordnung an geltenden Fassung im Bundesgesetzblatt bekannt machen.\nArtikel 3\n(1) Die Verordnung tritt am Tag nach der Verkündung in Kraft.\n(2) Die Entschließungen treten für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland mit Wir-\nkung vom 1.
