Juni 2008 (BGBl. 2008 II\nS. 520) geändert worden ist,\nverordnet das Bundesministerium für Verkehr, Bau und Stadtentwicklung:\nArtikel 1\nDie vom Ausschuss für den Schutz der Meeresumwelt der Internationalen\nSeeschifffahrts-Organisation in London am 13. Oktober 2006 mit Entschließung\nMEPC.156(55) angenommenen Änderungen der überarbeiteten Anlage III des\nInternationalen Übereinkommens von 1973 zur Verhütung der Meeresver-\nschmutzung durch Schiffe und des Protokolls von 1978 zu diesem Überein-\nkommen (BGBl. 1982 II S. 2, 4, 24; 1996 II S. 399), zuletzt geändert durch Ent-\nschließung MEPC.164(56) vom 13. Juli 2007 (BGBl. 2008 II S. 1213), werden\nhiermit in Kraft gesetzt. Die Entschließung wird nachstehend mit einer amtli-\nchen deutschen Übersetzung veröffentlicht.\nArtikel 2\nDiese Verordnung und die in Artikel 1 genannte Entschließung treten am\n1.
