September 1993 erklärt, dass es sich als einer der R e c h t s n a c h f o l g e r\nder Sozialistischen Föderativen Republik Jugoslawien als durch das Überein-\nkommen gebunden betrachtet (vgl. Bekanntmachung vom 24. September\n1993, BGBl. II S. 2169). Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland hat hiergegen keinen\nEinspruch eingelegt.
