Die Änderung wird nachstehend mit einer amtlichen deutschen\nÜbersetzung veröffentlicht.\nArtikel 2\n(1) Dieses Gesetz tritt am Tage nach seiner Verkündung in Kraft.\n(2) Der Tag, an dem die Änderung nach Artikel 20 Abs. 2 des Übereinkom-\nmens über den physischen Schutz von Kernmaterial für die Bundesrepublik\nDeutschland in Kraft tritt, ist im Bundesgesetzblatt bekannt zu geben.\nDie verfassungsmäßigen Rechte des Bundesrates sind gewahrt.\nDas vorstehende Gesetz wird hiermit ausgefertigt.
