Juli 2007\nAuf Grund des § 9 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 4 des Seeaufgabengesetzes in der Fas-\nsung der Bekanntmachung vom 26. Juli 2002 (BGBl. I S. 2876), der zuletzt\ndurch Artikel 319 der Verordnung vom 31. Oktober 2006 (BGBl. I S. 2407) geän-\nder worden ist, verordnet das Bundesministerium für Verkehr, Bau und Stadt-\nentwicklung:\nArtikel 1\nDie in London am 9. Dezember 2004 vom Schiffssicherheitsausschuss der\nInternationalen Seeschifffahrts-Organisation angenommene Entschließung\nMSC.172(79) über Änderungen des Protokolls von 1988 (BGBl. 1994 II S. 2457;\n2005 II S. 218) zu dem Internationalen Freibord-Übereinkommen von 1966\n(BGBl. 1969 II S. 249; 1977 II S. 164) wird hiermit in Kraft gesetzt. Die Änderun-\ngen werden nachstehend mit einer amtlichen deutschen Übersetzung veröf-\nfentlicht.\nArtikel 2\nDiese Verordnung tritt mit Wirkung vom 1. Juli 2006 in Kraft. Am selben Tag\ntreten die in Artikel 1 erwähnten Änderungen nach Artikel VI Abs. 2 des Interna-\ntionalen Freibord-Übereinkommens für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland in\nKraft.\nBerlin, den 20.
