Oktober 1996 von der Allgemeinen Konferenz der Internationa-\nlen Arbeitsorganisation in Genf angenommenen Protokoll zum Übereinkommen\nüber Mindestnormen auf Handelsschiffen (BGBl. 1980 II S. 606) wird zuge-\nstimmt. Das Protokoll wird nachstehend mit einer amtlichen deutschen Über-\nsetzung veröffentlicht.\nArtikel 2\n(1) Dieses Gesetz tritt am Tage nach seiner Verkündung in Kraft.\n(2) Der Tag, an dem das Protokoll nach seinem Artikel 6 Abs. 2 für die Bun-\ndesrepublik Deutschland in Kraft tritt, ist im Bundesgesetzblatt bekannt zu\ngeben.\nDie verfassungsmäßigen Rechte des Bundesrates sind gewahrt.\nDas vorstehende Gesetz wird hiermit ausgefertigt.
