I S. 1389)\ngeändert worden ist,\nverordnet das Bundesministerium für Verkehr, Bau- und Wohnungswesen:\nArtikel 1\n(1) Die durch den Ausschuss für den Schutz der Meeresumwelt der Inter-\nnationalen Seeschifffahrts-Organisation in London durch Entschließung\nMEPC.111(50) vom 4. Dezember 2003 angenommenen Änderungen der Anla-\nge I Regel 13G und Regel 13H sowie die Ergänzungen der Anlage I Anhang II\n(IOPP-Zeugnis) zu dem Internationalen Übereinkommen von 1973 zur Ver-\nhütung der Meeresverschmutzung durch Schiffe und dem Protokoll von 1978\nzu diesem Übereinkommen (BGBl. 1982 II S. 2; 1996 II S. 399), zuletzt geändert\ndurch Entschließung MEPC.95(46) vom 27. April 2001 (BGBl. 2002 II S. 2942),\nwerden hiermit in Kraft gesetzt.\n(2) Die Entschließung wird nachstehend mit einer amtlichen deutschen Über-\nsetzung veröffentlicht.\nArtikel 2\n§ 1 erster Halbsatz der Verordnung über die Zuwiderhandlungen gegen das\nInternationale Übereinkommen von 1973 zur Verhütung der Meeresverschmut-\nzung durch Schiffe und gegen das Protokoll von 1978 zu diesem Übereinkom-\nmen in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 19. Februar 1989 (BGBl. I\nS. 247), die zuletzt durch Artikel 4 der Verordnung vom 26.
