Oktober 2001 (BGBl. I S. 2785) geändert worden ist, verord-\nnet das Bundesministerium für Verkehr, Bau- und Wohnungswesen:\nArtikel 1\nDie in London am 11. Oktober 2002 vom Ausschuss für den Schutz der Mee-\nresumwelt der Internationalen Seeschifffahrts-Organisation angenommene Ent-\nschließung MEPC.100(48) wird hiermit in Kraft gesetzt.
