Das Protokoll wird nachstehend mit\neiner amtlichen deutschen Übersetzung veröffentlicht.\nArtikel 2\nDie Bundesregierung wird ermächtigt, Änderungen des Protokolls und seiner\nAnlagen I bis III, die sich ausschließlich auf wissenschaftliche, technische oder\nverwaltungsmäßige Angelegenheiten beziehen und sich im Rahmen der Ziele\ndes Protokolls halten, nach seinem Artikel 29 Abs. 4 Buchstabe e und seinem\nArtikel 32 in Verbindung mit den Artikeln 29 und 30 des Übereinkommens vom\n5.
