September bis 3. Okto-\nber 2001 in Genf beschlossenen Änderungen der nachfolgend in der geänderten\nFassung veröffentlichten Regeln der Gemeinsamen Ausführungsordnung vom\n18. Januar 1996 zum Madrider Abkommen über die internationale Registrierung\nvon Marken und zum Protokoll zu diesem Abkommen (BGBl. 1996 II S. 562), von\nder Versammlung des Madrider Verbands zuletzt geändert in der Sitzung vom\n25. September bis 3. Oktober 2000 (BGBl. 2000 II S. 1554), und die Ergänzung\nvon Punkt 7 des Gebührenverzeichnisses werden zu den in § 3 Abs. 1 bezeich-\nneten Zeitpunkten in Kraft gesetzt.\n(2) Die Änderungen werden nachstehend mit einer amtlichen deutschen Über-\nsetzung wie folgt veröffentlicht:\na) Regel 7 und Regel 24 Abs. 2 Buchstabe a Ziffer i in der Fassung seit dem\n4. Oktober 2001,\nb) Regel 34 in der Fassung vom 4. Oktober 2001 bis zum 31. März 2002 und in\nder Fassung seit dem 1. April 2002,\nc) alle anderen geänderten Regeln in der Fassung seit dem 1. April 2002.\n§2\nDas Bundesministerium der Justiz kann den Wortlaut der Gemeinsamen Aus-\nführungsordnung zum Madrider Abkommen über die internationale Registrie-\nrung von Marken und zum Protokoll zu diesem Abkommen in der seit dem\n1. April 2002 geltenden Fassung im Bundesgesetzblatt bekannt machen.\n§3\n(1) Die Änderungen der Regeln sind gemäß den Beschlüssen des Madrider\nVerbands zu folgenden Zeitpunkten in Kraft getreten:\na) Änderungen der Regel 7 und der Regel 24 Abs. 2 Buchstabe a Ziffer i am\n4. Oktober 2001,\nb) erste Änderung der Regel 34 am 4. Oktober 2001,\nc) zweite Änderung der Regel 34 am 1. April 2002,\nd) alle anderen Änderungen am 1.
