Juli 1996 vom Ausschuß fur den Schutz der Meeresum-\nwelt der Internationalen Seeschiffahrts-Organisation angenommene und am\n19. Dezember 1997 in Kraft getretene Entschließung MEPC.72(38) wird hier-\nmit in Kraft gesetzt.
