Juli 1997\nDer Bundestag hat das folgende Gesetz beschlossen:\nArtikel 1\nDem Anhang I zum Protokoll I in der geänderten Fassung, die von den\nVertragsparteien des Zusatzprotokolls vom 8. Juni 1977 zu den Genfer Abkom-\nmen vom 12. August 1949 über den Schutz der Opfer internationaler bewaffneter\nKonflikte - Protokoll 1 - (BGBI. 1990 II S. 1550, 1551) im November 1993\nangenommen worden ist, wird zugestimmt. Der geänderte Anhang I zum Proto-\nkoll I wird nachstehend mit einer amtlichen deutschen Übersetzung veröffent-\nlicht.\nArtikel 2\nDas Auswärtige Amt wird ermächtigt, im Einvernehmen mit dem Bundesmini-\nsterium des Innern, dem Bundesministerium der Justiz, dem Bundesministerium\nder Verteidigung, dem Bundesministerium für Verkehr und dem Bundesministe-\nrium für Post und Telekommunikation künftige Änderungen der Vorschriften über\ndie Kennzeichnung in Anhang I des Protokolls 1, die von den Vertragsparteien im\nRahmen des Artikels 98 des Protokolls I angenommen werden, durch Rechtsver-\nordnung in Kraft zu setzen und im Bundesgesetzblatt bekanntzumachen.\nArtikel 3\n(1) Dieses Gesetz tritt am Tage nach seiner Verkündung in Kraft.\n(2) Die Änderung des Anhangs I des Protokolls I ist nach Artikel 98 Abs. 5 des\nProtokolls I für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland und alle weiteren Vertragspar-\nteien des Protokolls I am 1.
