Oktober 1992 und\nb) Entschließung MEPC. 58 (33) vom 30. Oktober 1992\nangenommenen Änderungen der Anlagen II und III des Protokolls von 1978 zu\ndem Internationalen Übereinkommen von 1973 zur Verhütung der Meeres-\nverschmutzung durch Schiffe (BGBI. 1982 II S. 2), zuletzt geändert durch die\nEntschließung MEPC. 52 (32) vom 6. März 1992 (BGBI. 199311 S. 993), werden\nhiermit in Kraft gesetzt. Die Entschließungen werden nachstehend mit einer\namtlichen deutschen Übersetzung veröffentlicht.\nArtikel 2\n§ 1 erster Halbsatz der Verordnung über Zuwiderhandlungen gegen das\nInternationale Übereinkommen von 1973 zur Verhütung der Meeresverschmut-\nzung durch Schiffe und gegen das Protokoll von 1978 zu diesem Übereinkommen\nin der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 19. Februar 1989 (BGBI. 1 S. 247),\nzuletzt geändert durch Artikel 2 der Verordnung vom 13. Juli 1993 (BGBI.
