Dezember 1990\nDer Bundestag hat das folgende Gesetz beschlossen: (2) Die beauftragte Hilfsgesellschaft erhält zu diesem\nZweck im Rahmen der im Bundeshaushaltsplan jeweils\nArtikel 1 zur Verfügung stehenden Haushaltsmittel Zuwendungen\ngern.§ 44 BHO und den dazu erlassenen Verwaltungsvor-\nDen am 23. Dezember 1977 in Bern von der Bundes- schriften und Nebenbestimmungen.\nrepublik Deutschland unterzeichneten ZusatzprotokoHen\nvom 8. Juni 1977 zu den Genfer Abkommen vom\nArtikel 3\n12. August 1949 über den Schutz der Opfer internationaler\nbewaffneter Konflikte (Protokoll 1) und nicht internationaler Dieses Gesetz gilt, vorbehaltlich der Rechte und Verant-\nbewaffneter Konflikte (Protokoll II) wird zugestimmt. Die wortlichkeiten der Französischen Republik, des Vereinig-\nProtokolle I und II werden nachstehend mit einer amtlichen ten Königreichs Großbritannien und Nordirland und der\ndeutschen Übersetzung veröffentlicht. Genfer Abkommens zum Schutze von Zivilpersonen in (2) Der Tag, an dem Protokoll! nach seinem Artikel 95\nKriegszeiten vom 12. August 1949 obliegenden Aufgaben Abs. 2 und Protokoll II nach seinem Artikel 23 Abs. 2 für die\neiner Hilfsgesellschaft im Sinne des Artikels 26 des 1.
