März 1985 von der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unterzeichneten\nÜbereinkommen zum Schutz der Ozonschicht wird zugestimmt. Das Übereinkommen wird\nnachstehend mit einer amtlichen deutschen Übersetzung veröffentlicht.\nArtikel 2\nDieses Gesetz gilt auch im Land Berlin, sofern das Land Berlin die Anwendung dieses\nGesetzes feststellt.\nArtikel 3\n(1) Dieses Gesetz tritt am Tage nach der Verkündung in Kraft.\n(2) Der Tag, an dem das Übereinkommen nach seinem Artikel 17 für die Bundesrepublik\nDeutschland in Kraft tritt, ist im Bundesgesetzblatt bekanntzugeben.\nDie verfassungsmäßigen Rechte des Bundesrates sind gewahrt.\nDas vorstehende Gesetz wird hiermit ausgefertigt und wird im Bundesgesetzblatt verkündet.\nBonn, den 26.
