August 1984\nDer Bundestag hat das folgende Gesetz beschlossen: Artikel 2\nDieses Gesetz gilt auch im Land Berlin, sofern das\nLand Berlin die Anwendung dieses Gesetzes feststellt.\nArtikel 1\nArtikel 3\nDer in Genf am 23. Oktober 1978 von der Bundes-\n( 1) Dieses Gesetz tritt am Tage nach seiner Verkün-\nrepublik Deutschland unterzeichneten Fassung des\ndung in Kraft.\nInternationalen Übereinkommens zum Schutz von\nPflanzenzüchtungen '(bisherige Fassung: BGBI. 1968 II (2) Der Tag, an dem die Genfer Fassung nach ihrem\nS. 428 und 1976 II S. 437) wird zugestimmt. Die Genfer Artikel 33 Abs. 2 für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland in\nFassung wird nachstehend veröffentlicht. Kraft tritt, ist im Bundesgesetzblatt bekanntzugeben.\nDie verfassungsmäßigen Rechte des Bundesrates\nsind gewahrt.\nDas vorstehende Gesetz wird hiermit ausgefertigt und\nwird im Bundesgesetzblatt verkündet.\nBonn, den 28.
