November 1978\nDer Rat für die Zusammenarbeit auf dem Gebiet\ndes Zollwesens hat mit Entschließung vom 18. Juni\n1976 Änderungen des Abkommens vom 15. Dezem-\nber 1950 über das Zolltarifschema für die Einreihung\nder Waren in die Zolltarife in der Fassung des Be-\nrichtigungsprotokolls vom 1. Juli 1955 (BGBI. 1952 II\nS. 1; 1960 II S. 470), geändert durch Empfehlung des\nRates vom 16. Juni 1960 (BGBI. 1964 II S. 1234),\nempfohlen. Das Zolltarifschema wurde zuletzt ge-\nändert durch Empfehlung des Rates vom 9. Juni 1970\n(BGBI. 1973 II S. 114).\nDie Änderungen sind nach Artikel XVI Buch-\nstabe d des Abkommens für\ndie Bundesrepublik Deutschland\nund die übrigen Vertragsparteien\nam 1. Januar 1978\nin Kraft getreten; sie werden nachstehend veröffent-\nlicht.\nDer Deutsche Teil-Zolltarif ist entsprechend der\nEmpfehlung mit der Verordnung zur Änderung des\nDeutschen Teil-Zolltarifs (Nr. 1/78 - Änderungen\nzum 1. Januar 1978) vom 19. Dezember 1977 (BGBI. II\nS. 1373), der Gemeinsame Zolltarif der EWG mit der\nVerordnung (EWG) Nr. 2500/77 des Rates vom\n7. November 1977 zur Änderung der Verordnung\n(EWG) Nr. 950/68 über den Gemeinsamen Zolltarif\n(ABI. EG 1977 Nr.
