August 1976\nDer Bundestag hat mit Zustimmung des Bundes- nungen zu ändern oder entsprechende Rechtsver-\nrates das folgende Gesetz beschlossen: ordnungen zu erlassen, soweit das auf Grund von\nAnderungen im Sinne des Absatzes 1 erforderlich\nist. Rechtsverordnungen nach Satz 1 bedürfen auch\nArtikel 1 dann nicht der Zustimmung des Bundesrates, wenn\ndie Anpassung Vorschriften betrifft, die von den\nDem in New York am 23. Dezember 1971 von der Ländern ausgeführt werden.\nBundesrepublik Deutschland unterzeichneten Uber-\neinkommen vom 21. Februar 1971 über psychotrope\nStoffe wird zugestimmt. Das Ubereinkommen wird Artikel 3\nnachstehend veröffentlicht.\nDieses Gesetz gilt auch im Land Berlin, sofern das\nLand Berlin die Anwendung dieses Gesetzes fest-\nArtikel 2 stellt. Rechtsverordnungen, die auf Grund dieses\nGesetzes erlassen werden, gelten im Land Berlin\n( 1) Anderungen der Anhänge zum Ubereinkommen nach § 14 des Dritten Uberleitungsgesetzes vom\nnach Maßgabe seines Artikels 2 sind vom Bundes- 4. Januar 1952 (Bundesgesetzbl. I S. 1).\nminister für Jugend, Familie und Gesundheit im\nBundesgesetzblatt bekanntzumachen.\n(2) Der Bundesminister für Jugend, Familie und Artikel 4\nGesundheit wird ermächtigt, durch Rechtsverord-\nnung die auf Grund der §§ 1 und 4 bis 8 des Geset- (1) Dieses Gesetz tritt am Tage nach seiner Ver-\nzes über den Verkehr mit Betäubungsmitteln in der kündung in Kraft.\nFassung der Bekanntmachung vom 10.
