Dezember 1959.\nDer Bundestag hat das folgende Gesetz be- Artikel 2\nschlossen: Dieses Gesetz gilt auch im Land Berlin, sofern das\nArtikel 1 Land Berlin die Anwendung dieses Gesetzes fest-\nstellt.\nDem in Paris am 27.
