Juli 1948 von der\nAllgemeinen Konferenz der Internationalen Ar-\nbeitsorganisation angenommenen Obereinkommen\nüber die Vereinigungsfreiheit und den Schutz des\nVereinigungsredites wird zugestimmt. Das Ober-\neinkommen wird nachstehend. veräffEntliLht.\nArtikel 2\nDieses Gesetz gilt auch im Land B2rlin, sofern\ndas Land Berlin die Anwendung dieses Gesetzes\nfeststellt.\nArtikel 3\n(1) Dieses Gesetz tritt am Taqe nach seiner Ver-\nkündung in Kraft.\n(2) Der Zeitpunkt, an dem das Ubereinkommen\ngemäß seinem Artikel 15 für die Bundesrepublik\nDeutschland in Kraft tritt, ist im Bundesgesetzblatt\nbekanntzugeben.\nDie verfassungsmäßigen Rechte des Bundesrates\nsind gewahrt.\nDas vorstehende Gesetz wird hiermit verkündet.\nBonn, den 20.
