März 1955.\nDer Bundestag hat das fol~ende Ge<,etz be-\nsct,lossen.\nArtikel 1\nDem Beitritt der Bundesrepublik Deutschland zu\ndem Vertrag über wirtschaftliche, soziale und kul-\nturelle Zusammenarbeit und über kollektive Selbst-\nverteidigung vom 17. März 1948 in der Fassung des\nilrr: 23. Oktober 1954 in Paris unterzeichneten Proto-\n~olls und den weiteren hierzu am 23. Oktober 1954\nin Paris u~terzeichneten Protokollen und Anlagen\nwird zugestimmt.\nArtikel 2\nDem Beitritt der Bundesrepublik Deutschland zum\nNordatlantikvertrag vom 4. April 1949 in der Fas ·\nsung vom 15. Oktober 1951 wird zugestimmt.\nArtikel 3\n(1) Die Verträge sowie die Protokolle und\nAnlagen werden nachstehend veröffentlicht.\n(2) Der Tag ihres lnkrafttretens für die Bundes-\nrepublik Deutschland ist im BundesgesetzblRtt be-\nkanntzugeben.\nArtikel 4\nDieses Gesetz tritt am Tage nach seiner Ver-\nkündung in Kraft.\nDie verfassungsmäßigen Rechte des Bundesrates\nsind gewahrt.\nDcls vorstehende Gesetz v.ird hiermit ve~kündet.\nBonn, den 24.
